<aside> ℹ️ Using this method, your original controllers will be hidden and will instead show up as a Xbox 360 controller. Hiding them is required to prevent double input. It is completely reversible with a simple uninstall.
You will need to keep BetterJoy running in the background for your Joy-cons to function.

<aside> ℹ️ HidHide If you prefer using HidHide, then skip all steps with HIDGuardian and hide your joy-cons with HidHide.

Download BetterJoy from the official GitHub and unzip it. https://github.com/Davidobot/BetterJoy/releases/latest
Navigate to the unzipped folder BetterJoy_v###\Drivers\HIDGuardian
Right click on HIDGuardian Install (Run as Admin).bat and click Run as Administrator. Wait for the install to complete, and then press any key on your keyboard to close the window.
Go back to the main folder BetterJoy_v### and launch BetterJoy.
Click the tiny arrow on the right side to open the settings for BetterJoy.
Scroll down to UseHIDG and check it.
Uncheck HomeLEDOn so the LED on the Home button isn't lit up constantly.
Click Apply and the app will restart. The status box should now say HidGuardian is enabled. If it says Unable to start HidGuardian then you need to exit BetterJoy, and reinstall HidGuardian.
Pair/connect your joy-cons.
The joy-cons should now be joined into a single gamepad that shows up as a Xbox 360 gamepad. If you have any issues at this point, restart BetterJoy and Parsec.
You can switch between joined and seperate by clicking on one of the joy-con controllers.
